Explosion-proof certification
Explosion-proof certification stard: GB3836-2010 the product's special coal mine stard certification unit: Safety Stard National Center Mining Product Safety Marking Center Testing unit: Chongqing Coal Research Institute, Shanghai Coal Research Institute, Liaoning Fushun Coal Research Institute Note: Coal Safety Certification requires factory audit
1. Classification
(1) Inoue ordinary explosion-proof certification
1. Testing fee: It depends on the product explosion-proof . The simple one is generally 1.0W-1.5W;
2. Certification cycle: Normally 4 months, ours only takes 2 a half months;
3. Whether to audit the factory: not required;
4. Agency fee: 0.8W for one mo, reduced by 0.1W for each additional mo, reduced by 0.2W for each mo with more than 3 mos;
5. Certification process: data review-sample testing-certification;
(2) Underground coal safety certification
1. Testing cost: It depends on the product explosion-proof . The simple one is generally about 1.5W-2W.
2. Certification cycle: Normally 10-12 months, our process only takes 5-6 months
3. Whether to audit the factory: required, all costs of the audit are not included in the agency fee;
4. Agency fee: 2.5W-3W. Each additional mo will be reduced by 0.2W, each mo with more than 3 mos will be reduced by 0.3W.
5. Certification process:
Safety stard center application---Shanghai (Chongqing) testing---safety stard center review---factory audit--certification.
2. Classification, classification grouping of explosive substances
(1) Explosive products can be divided into 3 categories:
Category I: Mine methane (coal safety certification);
Category II: other explosive gases except coal mine gas (general explosion-proof certification);
Class II electrical equipment can be further classified according to the type of explosive environment used:
â…¡ A: Propane â…¡ B: Ethylene â…¡ C: Hydrogen
Category III: Explosive dust (fiber-containing dust explosion-proof certification);
Classification of Class III electrical equipment;
â…¢ A: Combustible flying dust â…¢ B: Non-conductive dust â…¢ C: Conductive dust
Note: At present, most of the domestic products are Category I Category II products.
3. Explosion-proof product sales places
Our country adopts a method equivalent to that of IEC for the classification of explosive hazardous locations. The national stard GB 50058-92 stipulates that explosive gas hazardous places are divided into three levels: Zone 0, Zone 1 Zone 2 according to their degree of danger:
(1) Zone 0: An environment where explosive gas mixtures appear continuously or for a long time;
(2) Zone 1: An environment where explosive gas mixtures may occur during normal operation;
(3) Zone 2: An environment in which explosive gas mixtures are unlikely to occur during normal operation, or where explosive gas mixtures will only exist for a short period of time even if they occur.
Note: Area 0, Area 1, Area 2 are actually the places where products are sold.
4. Types of explosion-proof
There are many types of explosion-proof products, but the most commonly used ones at home abroad are as follows:
1. Explosion-proof type: The explosion-proof mark is "d". This explosion-proof type equipment is suitable for areas 1 2.
2. Increased safety type: The explosion-proof mark is "e". This type of equipment is mainly used in hazardous locations in Zone 2, some types can be used in Zone 1.
3. Intrinsically safe type: The explosion-proof mark is "i". This explosion-proof type can only be used in weak current equipment. This type of equipment is suitable for 0, 1, 2.
5. Classification of explosion-proof certification:
(1) Domestic on-hole explosion-proof certification (ordinary explosion-proof certification)
Stard: GB3836-2010
Issuing agencies: Nanyang Explosion Protection Institute, Tianjin CNOOC Chemical Research Institute, Shenyang Explosion Protection Transmission Institute,
The unit we cooperate with: Tianjin CNOOC Chemical Research Institute.
(2) Domestic underground explosion-proof certification (coal safety certification)
Stard: GB3836-2010 special coal mine stards for products
Issuing unit: Anbiao National Center Mining Product Safety Marking Center
Testing units: Chongqing Coal Research Institute, Shanghai Coal Research Institute, Liaoning Fushun Coal Research Institute
Note: Coal safety certification requires factory audit
(3) EU explosion-proof certification (ATEX)
Stard: IEC60079-2007
Issuing agency: LCIE (Shanghai BV), NEMKO, TUV Rheinl
The unit we cooperate with: LCIE (Shanghai BV)
(4) IEC explosion-proof certification (IEC Ex)
