Audio video product certification
1. Scope of application
This rule applies to the following audio video equipment products that can be directly or indirectly connected to a power supply above 36V (effective value, greater than 36V), including: single speakers multi-speaker active speakers with a total output power of less than 500W (effective value), Audio power amplifiers, radios in various broadcast bs, audio video recording/playback/processing equipment in various carrier s (including cassette tape recorders/players, disk record players, CD/MD record players, LD, VCD, super VCD, DVD players, MP3, MP4 recorders/players, language repeaters, audio video processing equipment, etc.), combined audio video systems, power adapters (including chargers) for audio video equipment, cassette tape recorders/players, various Color/black--white or monochrome TV receivers (including LCD, plasma, front/rear projection, etc.), monitors, digital TV set-top boxes, antenna amplifiers, electronic keyboards other complete equipment with various imaging methods; picture (display) tubes ( Greater than 16cm), tuner.
2. Test items
Taking the CE certification of LCD TVs as an example, the test items are mainly divided into two parts: interference anti-interference. The European stards it is based on are: EN55013, EN55020, IEC61000-3-2, IEC61000-3-3. Let’s talk about the specific test items of these two blocks in detail.
1. Interference
According to the requirements of stards EN55013, IEC61000-3-2, IEC61000-3-3, interference is specifically divided into the following test items:
(1) Disturbance voltage at the power supply terminal;
(2) Disturbance voltage at the antenna terminal;
(3) Radiation harassment field strength;
(4) Harmonic current voltage flicker.
2. Anti-interference
According to the requirements of stard EN55020, anti-interference is specifically divided into the following test items:
(5) Internal immunity;
(6) Immunity to radio frequency induced current;
(7) Immunity to radio frequency induced voltage;
(8) Radiated immunity;
(9) Shielding effect;
(10) Electrostatic discharge;
(11) Electrical fast pulse group;
(12) Radiated immunity to keyed signals (900MHz)
For high-voltage products, in addition to EMC testing, safety (LVD) testing is also required. The testing stard for audio video product CE certification is EN60065.
